We’re having a problem that is causing videos not to render properly when uploaded. We’re working on it and hope to have the issue resolved soon. Will keep you posted.
Update (11.8.08 | 12:56am): Video is back on - problem resolved. Thanks to Josh and JV for staying late tonight.
You may experience problems when dialing in to create a photo story. If so, when calling the 800 number, you’ll be greeted with the following message – “We’re sorry, due to heavy calling we cannot complete your call at this time. Please hang up and try your call again later.”
